Mattofoto is an eclectic collection of images bound only by the whimsical category of "what I happened to find interesting at the time". This is not only a venue for exhibition but, like many others who are photoblogging, I also hope it will be a means for me to explore and develop my photography, so I look forward to and appreciate any comments that you may have.
The large majority of images here were taken in northern Japan, where I am currently based, however other locations may occasionally make appearances when I have opportunity to travel.
I retain all rights to the images displayed here and ask that you do not use or reproduce them without permission. However I am a very reasonable person, so if you would like to use an image, please contact me and I'm sure we can work something out.
